The Viltrox 50mm f/1.8 FE AF Prime Lens is a versatile, lightweight lens designed for Sony E-Mount full-frame cameras. Its classic 50mm focal length and bright f/1.8 aperture make it an excellent choice for portraits, landscapes, architecture, night photography, macro-style shooting and video.
The large f/1.8 aperture allows more light to reach the sensor, making it ideal for low-light photography while helping create a pleasing background blur that makes subjects stand out. The lens features 9 rounded aperture blades for smooth and attractive bokeh.
Fast & Quiet Autofocus
Equipped with Stepper Motor (STM) technology, the lens provides smooth, accurate and near-silent autofocus, making it suitable for both photography and video recording. Human eye recognition and tracking support helps maintain accurate focus on subjects, while the internal focusing design keeps the lens barrel from extending during focusing.
