Common Issues Avoided / Customer Guidance

• Fully charge the smartwatch before first use using only the supplied charging clip. A full charge provides up to 3 days of use, depending on usage.
• Do not use a charging clip from another device, as this may permanently damage the watch.
• Ensure the smartphone meets the minimum requirements: Android 5.0+ or iOS 9.0+ and Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.
• Install the Volkano Fit App, which is a necessary component for connecting and synchronising the watch with the smartphone.
• Do not pair the watch directly through the phone's Bluetooth settings. Pair the watch through the Volkano Fit App only.
• The watch can only be paired with one smartphone at a time. Before connecting it to another phone, unpair it from the currently connected device.
• If the watch has been out of range for an extended period and loses synchronisation, disconnect it, select "Forget" in the phone's Bluetooth settings, and then reconnect it through the Volkano Fit App.
• Keep Bluetooth and the phone's location/GPS enabled during pairing, synchronisation and firmware updates.
• Check the Volkano Fit App for available firmware updates where GPS, activity tracking or synchronisation concerns occur.
• For outdoor GPS activities, allow the watch sufficient time to establish a GPS position before starting the workout.
• If GPS or activity recording behaves incorrectly, restart the watch and Volkano Fit App and reconnect through the app.
• If synchronisation or GPS problems persist, perform a factory reset and pair the watch again through the Volkano Fit App.
• Wear the watch correctly and securely during exercise and sleep tracking to improve sensor consistency.
• Be aware that vehicle vibration, repetitive wrist movements and similar movement may sometimes affect step-counting results.
• Ensure that no screen protector or obstruction is affecting touchscreen sensitivity.
• Where the touchscreen, GPS, battery, charging or power behaviour remains defective after the relevant troubleshooting steps, the individual unit should be processed through the standard warranty procedure.
