Troubleshooting & Usage Tips

1. Soundbar Does Not Power On / Switches Off Automatically

• Ensure the power cable is firmly connected to both the soundbar and the wall socket.
• If the unit does not power up, unplug it for 60 seconds, then plug it back in to perform a reset.
• Check that the power source is stable - power fluctuations can trigger the soundbar's safety shut-off feature.
• Use only the supplied power cable and ensure it is not damaged or loosely fitted.

2. Remote Control Not Responding

• Replace the batteries and make sure they are inserted correctly (check polarity).
• Point the remote directly at the soundbar's IR sensor, avoiding bright lights that may cause interference.
• Try operating the soundbar using the manual buttons to confirm it is functioning.
• If unresponsive, unplug the soundbar, wait 30 seconds, and reconnect to reset the IR receiver.

3. Bluetooth Not Connecting

• Make sure the soundbar is in Bluetooth Mode (BT indicator visible).
• On your device, delete any previous pairing and reconnect
• Keep the paired device within 10 metres and clear of other Bluetooth connections.
• If connection fails, restart both your soundbar and mobile device before pairing again.

4. Subwoofer Produces No Sound

• Confirm the wired connection between subwoofer and soundbar is secure.
• Check that the subwoofer cable is connected to the correct port on the soundbar.
• Adjust the bass level using the remote control or onboard settings.
• Ensure the subwoofer is placed on a flat surface with at least 10 cm clearance from walls for optimal bass.

5. Static, Thumping, or Fading Sound

• Ensure AUX, Optical, or RCA cables are securely plugged in and not damaged.
• Move the soundbar away from Wi-Fi routers or wireless devices that can cause interference.
• For Bluetooth playback, keep devices within range and avoid obstacles like walls or metal furniture.
• If the issue persists, unplug and reconnect the soundbar to reset internal circuitry.

6. Low Volume or Distorted Sound

• Check that both your TV/device and soundbar volume levels are turned up.
• Verify that the sound mode (Music, Movie, News, etc.) matches your audio source.
• If connected via Optical, ensure your TV's audio output format is set to "PCM."
• Reduce bass or treble levels if distortion occurs at high volumes.
