How often to replace each part

- Dust bag: every 2 to 4 months, or sooner if the bag is full

- Mop pad: every 1 to 3 months, or sooner if it stays stained or smells after washing

- Side brush: every 3 to 6 months, or sooner if the bristles are bent or splayed

- HEPA filter: every 3 to 6 months, or sooner if suction drops off

The dust bags are sealed and disposable. You lift the full bag out and drop in a fresh one, so the dust stays trapped instead of puffing back at you. They are not designed to be emptied and reused.
