Vortex Diamondback HD 8x32 Binoculars- DB-212

The Vortex Diamondback HD 8x32 Binoculars deliver exceptionally sharp, clear views that punch well above their class, ideal for birdwatchers, nature enthusiasts and sports spectators who want serious optical performance without the bulk. Ultra HD glass, an index-matched lens configuration, XR Plus fully multi-coated lenses and dielectric-coated, phase-correcting roof prisms combine to deliver minimal chromatic aberration, true color fidelity and edge-to-edge sharpness with excellent light transmission. ArmorTek exterior coating protects the lenses from scratches, oil and dust.

A wide 426 ft field of view and moderate 8x magnification make these binoculars versatile across birding, wildlife viewing and action-packed sporting events, while a birding-friendly 5 ft close focus distance lets you track subjects up close in fine detail. The argon-filled, O-ring sealed housing is fully waterproof and fogproof, standing up to dust, debris and extreme weather, and the shockproof body handles the inevitable bumps and drops of outdoor use.

Compact at 11.7 x 11.2 cm and under 16 oz, the Diamondback HD is naturally contoured for a comfortable, fatigue-free grip through all-day use. Rubber armor provides a secure, non-slip hold, the large knurled focusing knob is easy to operate even with gloves, and twist-down eyecups accommodate users who wear glasses. For the steadiest view or hands-free use, it's tripod adaptable with a separately sold adapter.
