Description
This double-sided sharpening stone is made of white corundum and measures approximately 18 x 6 x 3cm. One side is 1000 grit for coarse grinding and the other is 3000 grit for fine grinding. The base is glued on and designed to be wear-resistant and non-slip, making it suitable for fixed angle sharpeners and everyday kitchen knife care. It sharpens quickly with less blade wear.
