Insert the wireless dual-sensor probe, leave the charging and Bluetooth repeater base nearby, and follow both the food and surrounding cooking temperatures from the companion app on your phone.
With app alerts and an advertised wireless range of up to 360 ft in suitable open conditions, you can step away from the cooking area while still tracking the cook. This reduces the need for repeated manual checks without promising a particular cooking result.
