IMPORTANT MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS

For more consistent readings, follow these steps:

1. Avoid exercise, smoking, alcohol and caffeine for approximately 30 minutes before measuring.
2. Sit quietly and rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
3. Sit upright with your back supported and keep your feet flat on the floor.
4. Do not talk, move or use your phone during the measurement.
5. Place the monitor correctly around the wrist according to the user manual.
6. Keep the wrist relaxed and supported at approximately heart level during measurement.
7. Make sure clothing does not interfere with the monitor or place pressure on the wrist.
8. Do not tighten or reposition the monitor during measurement.
9. Take measurements under similar conditions when comparing results over time.
10. If you need to repeat a measurement, remain relaxed and allow a short rest period before measuring again.

WHY CAN READINGS DIFFER?

Blood pressure is not a fixed number and can change throughout the day. It may also be affected by activity, stress, posture, sleep, food, caffeine and other factors.

In addition, wrist blood pressure monitors are particularly sensitive to the position of the wrist relative to the heart. Holding the wrist too high, too low or moving the wrist during measurement can affect the result.
