Made of Borosilicate Glass gives excellent thermal resistance and low thermal expansion making it resistant to rapid temperature changes and chemical corrosion withstanding temperatures from -20 C to 400 C. Which means it can go from the freezer to the oven or microwave without cracking. Borosilicate glass is renowned for its durability and stability, making it ideal for cookware and food storage.
Each container has a BPA Free Lid that is leakproof, airtight with a silicone seal that has 4 locking sides and a steam vent. NB: Lids must be removed before heating in oven or microwave.
Glass containers (without lids) are safe to use in the microwave and oven.
Containers and lids are dishwasher and freezer safe. The silicone seals can be removed from lids for easy cleaning.
