Select see details, to view full device information and warranty status

Select Start Order, then follow the steps to complete required details on fault and customer details on the online form

Choose Category -> Device for Xbox console / Xbox wireless controller

Choose Category -> Accessory for charge kit, battery, cable, earmuffs or other attachment

Select issue type and type in a detailed description of fault

Confirm that the device/accessory has no physical / liquid damage - not covered under warranty

Enter or confirm physical address in South Africa

Choose courier collection

Read and agree to the warranty service terms and conditions

Once order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once device is collected the SLA is 6 -10 days, to receive back the warranty replacement
