• Removal of your existing security gate.

• Drilling of holes to secure the new gate, with holes filled using crack filler and neatly sanded (not painted).

Exclusions:

• Plastering, painting, or welding of any parts of the installation.

• Trimming or customizing of gates to fit specific dimensions.

• Any additional work beyond the scope of this service must be quoted and paid for directly by you, the customer.​

 

General Information:

• Ensure the area is prepared for installation with a clear and accessible space for the installer.

• The door frame or opening must meet the required size for the security gate to be installed properly.

• Finishing work, such as painting or plastering, is not included.

• If additional work is required (e.g., further customization), it must be agreed upon and paid for separately.​

Customer Considerations:

• Obtain any necessary approvals from building authorities or property owners before installation.

• Be aware that drilling can cause minor damage to plaster; holes will be filled but not painted.​

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Should you cancel after the service provider has commenced travel, a cancellation fee of R650.00 will apply to cover travel and delivery costs.​
