he Xpelair GX12 is a powerful 300mm commercial-grade fan designed for both extraction and intake applications in larger areas such as restaurants, schools, kitchens, and factories. It features a reversible motor, delivering consistent airflow even in changing weather conditions thanks to its enclosed external rotor motor.

Equipped with an automatic electro-thermal shutter system, the fan closes quietly when switched off, preventing cold backdraughts. It runs quietly with pre-balanced impellers and requires zero maintenance thanks to sealed-for-life bearings. With its tamper-proof plug-and-socket connection and energy-efficient operation, the GX12 is a dependable ventilation solution for high-demand environments.
