How to set user information? (User number/Gender/Age)

Step 1: Press the "ON/UNIT" button to turn on the device, press the "ON/UNIT" button again to change the numerical unit, lb or kg.

Step 2: Press the "UP/USER SET" button to start setting the user information.

Step 3: Press the "UP/USER SET" and "DOWN/RECALL" buttons to set the user number, 1~19 users.

Step 4: After setting the user number, press the "ON/UNIT" button and press the "UP/USER SET" or "DOWN/RECALL" buttons to set the user's gender, male or female.

Step 5: After setting the user's gender, press the "ON/UNIT" button and press the "UP/USER SET" or "DOWN/RECALL" buttons to set the user's age, 10~99 years old.

Step 6: After setting the user's age, press the "START" button to start the test.

Step 7: After the test, the screen will display the value of the test grip strength, and will be compared with the value of the last test, showing that the grip strength value is up or down.

If you want to save the data of this test, you can press the "DOWN/RECALL" button within 5 seconds of the end of the test to save data. This data will be used as your latest test data.

Note:

1. After your test, the device will turn off after 5 seconds, you can also long press and hold the "ON/UNIT" button for 3 seconds to turn off the device.

2. You can press the "ON/UNIT" button to turn on the device and press the "DOWN/RECALL" button to view the information of the last test.

3. When charging, 3 "0"s flash sequentially; when charging is complete, 3 "0"s flash simultaneously; low battery indication "L0".
