Common Problems of Plastic Sealing Machines and Measures to Cope with Them
Non-stick paper, foggy white pieces
Reason: 1. Not complete preheating, the temperature is not enough. 2. Thickness gear is not correct.
Solution: 1. Wait for the over-moulding machine to complete the preheating (green light) before use. 2. Select a higher gear, warming up and ready to be moulded.

Over-moulding machine does not work, does not heat
Reason: 1. Power supply is not suitable. 2. The switch is not set to on/hot mode.
Solution: 1. Please check the power specification before powering on the overmoulding machine. 2. Set the switch to on/hot mode.

Bubbles, wrinkles, photo bending
Reason: 1. Thickness gear is not correct. 2. Over-moulding machine rubber roller is not flat, there are debris. 3. Plastic sealing material is not put flat, there are debris.
Solution: 1. Choose a lower gear, cool down and prepare for the plastic sealing. 2. Check the rubber rollers, clean the rubber rollers. 3. Remove debris before plastic sealing, put the objects flat and then plastic sealing.

Plastic sealing paper jam
Reason: Not feed the paper correctly, there are foreign objects on the rubber roller.
Solution: Turn off the switch and press and hold the ABS key to release the film, clean the rubber roller.

Smoke from over-moulding machine
Reason: 1. New machine normal vulcanisation phenomenon. 2. Power supply voltage does not match (burnt smell).
Solution: 1. Normal phenomenon of new machine, use a few more times will disappear. 2. Please check the power supply specification before powering on the over-moulding machine.
