Description
This figure 8 descender ring is made of aluminum alloy with a maximum breaking strength of 35KN (3500kg). It works by using friction between the rope and the device to control descent speed or brake, helping you descend safely. The large hole is the main load-bearing point, while the small hole connects the rope to your safety belt. Suitable for rope diameters of 8-13mm, it is used in rappel systems and also for fire rescue and working aloft. Color: black. Size approx. 14.5 x 7.5 x 1.2cm; weight approx. 124g.
