Description
5840-555 permanent magnet DC worm gear motor with metal gears and a two-end ball bearing structure. The output shaft measures about 8 x 13mm and the gear casing is made of 2mm thick zinc alloy, with the output shaft perpendicular to the motor shaft. This self locking worm gear motor holds its output shaft when power is off. Powered by DC low voltage only, not mains: rated DC24V, no load current 0.25A, rated load 1.5A, locked rotor 5.2A, no load speed 27RPM at 290 reduction ratio. Used for industrial drive, household appliances, office equipment and similar devices.
