Baobab Sour Cocktail Recipe:
50ml of African Craft Baobab Gin.
25ml of fresh lime juice.
20ml of vanilla syrup.
15ml of egg white or cellulose.
1 dash of Angostura bitters.
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into the mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and shake well.
3. Single strain into a Rocks glass.
Glass: Rocks.
Garnish: Lime wedge on the rim and lemongrass strips.
Perfect Serve Recipe:
50ml of African Craft Baobab Gin.
200ml of Indian Tonic.
Glass: Collins.
Garnish: Lemon grass and lime wedge.
