Naartjielicious Cocktail Recipe:
50ml of African Craft Naartjie gin.
30ml of Caperitif.
1 muddled fresh naartjie.
2 sprigs of rosemary.
1 bar spoon of sugar.
Method:
1. Muddle the fresh naartjie with sugar in a mixing glass.
2. Add the ice, gin, Caperitif and one sprig of rosemary and shake.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the other sprig of rosemary and top with naartjie zest.
Perfect Serve Recipe:
50ml of African Craft Naartjie Gin.
200ml of Indian Tonic.
Glass: Collins.
Garnish: Orange peel and a slice of lemon.
