Directions (VitaH2O): Add 1 x Capsule to 1L water. Allow time to dissolve. Mix water until fully dissolved. Refrigerate mixed water. 1 x Capsule makes 10 x (100ml) VitaH2O (1 000 IU) Servings.

Suggested Use: 100ml (mixed) VitaH2O (1 000 IU Vitamin D3) daily.

Note: Best if taken at least 15min before, or 1 hour after eating food.

Warning: Please do not swallow full-strength 1L (10 000 IU) capsules. As per the SAPHRA Complementary Medicines guidelines, the maximum dosage for Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) is 1 000 IU.
