Directions: Add 1 x VitaH2O Capsule to 1L water. Allow time to dissolve. Mix water until fully dissolved. Refrigerate mixed water. 1 x Capsule makes 10 x (100ml) VitaH2O Servings.

Suggested Use: 100ml (mixed) VitaH2O (1,000IU Vitamin D3) daily.

Note: Best if taken at least 15min before, or 1 hour after eating food.

Warning: Do not swallow full-strength (10,000 IU) VitaH2O capsules. As per SAPHRA Complementary Medicines guidelines, the maximum allowed dosage for a Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) tablet is 1,000 IU.
