The pylontech US3000D Is compatible with the US3000c , you can mix them in a single bank for system expansion, but you should configure the US3000D as the master battery in mixed setups.
The Pylontech US3000D is a 48V low-voltage, rack-mounted battery module designed for residential energy storage, backup power and off-grid system applications. With a 3.55kWh nominal capacity, 3.37kWh usable capacity and 19-inch rack compatibility, it is suited to scalable battery installations where compact size, reliable communication and practical expansion are important.

Warranties: All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labour. A valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) must be issued once installed, specific to the installation of the backup or solar system. The installation must be compliant with SANS 10142 and ALL its parts. Any warranty claim submitted without installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of a qualified wireman/master electrician installing the unit, can be rejected and will render the warranty claim null at the void. The serial Numbers of the units also need to match for the item that was sold as to avoid tampering or returning of another similar item with a different serial number.
