Naturally blonde brows
Helps with tinting grey or bristly brows
Enables tinting dark brows to lighter colours
Must be used with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3%
Smudge and waterproof
Lasts up to 6 weeks
Blonde Brow is a bleaching paste for eyebrows and must not be used on lashes!
Please note: RefectoCil tints need to be activated for colour results. Use RefectoCil Oxidant Cream for the best colour and long-lasting results and easy mixing. Sold separately.
