The Sofirn HD12 1200 Lumen 150m Throw Rechargeable Headlamp with 18650 Battery is a compact, reliable light designed for everyday carry and outdoor use, ideal for running, hiking, and emergency situations. For example, its 1200-lumen output can illuminate a path up to 150 meters, ensuring dependable visibility with a high-quality beam. With built-in USB-C charging, a side switch interface, and a durable build, it offers practical functionality. Featuring a 1-year warranty, this Sofirn HD12 for Outdoor Use suits outdoor enthusiasts, runners, and EDC users.

Powerful Illumination for Outdoor Use

The Sofirn HD12 features a Nichia 519A LED with a 4000K or 5000K color temperature and 90 CRI, delivering a maximum output of 1200 lumens with a beam throw of 150 meters, powered by an included 18650 Li-ion battery (3000mAh). It offers multiple modes, controlled by a side e-switch, with the following lumen outputs and runtimes:

Turbo: 1200 lumens for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes
High: 400 lumens for approximately 3 hours
Medium: 100 lumens for approximately 12 hours
Low: 5 lumens for approximately 200 hours
The flashlight charges via a built-in USB-C port, taking about 3 hours with a 5V charger, and includes a power indicator (red during charging, green when full) that lights up for 5 seconds after activation. It has an IPX8 waterproof rating, suitable for submersion up to 2 meters (not designed for diving), and features Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) technology, adjusting brightness when the driver temperature reaches 55 C, though prolonged use on Turbo may generate heat, requiring careful handling.
Durable and Compact Design

The Sofirn HD12 is constructed from aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum alloy with a Type III hard-anodized finish, offering durability and corrosion resistance for outdoor conditions like running or hiking. It measures 108mm in length with a head diameter of 25mm, weighing 62g without the battery (approximately 92g with the included 18650 battery), making it suitable for pocket or headband use. The flashlight features a magnetic tailcap, a removable headband, and an optional clip (sold separately), though the clip attachment may limit tailstanding stability.

Designed for Outdoor and Everyday Use

The Sofirn HD12 1200 Lumen 150m Throw Rechargeable Headlamp with 18650 Battery for Outdoor Use is tailored for outdoor enthusiasts, runners, and EDC users needing a reliable, portable light for daily activities, emergencies, or outdoor adventures. For example, its 200-hour low mode ensures extended runtime for overnight use, while the magnetic tailcap allows hands-free mounting on metal surfaces, though the side e-switch UI requires practice to cycle through modes (click for on/off, hold to cycle Low-Medium-High, double-click for Turbo), and the IPX8 rating limits its use to surface submersion. The USB-C charging enhances its reliability, but users should avoid direct eye exposure due to its intensity and rinse it with fresh water after use to maintain performance. The HD12's affordable price, included 18650 battery, and multi-functional design make it a practical choice for outdoor scenarios, offering a balance of power and convenience, though users should plan for heat management and UI familiarity.

Note: Ensure the flashlight is turned off or locked (four quick clicks to activate lockout mode) after use to prevent accidental activation, which could drain the battery; the side e-switch can be sensitive. Use the included 18650 battery with proper polarity (positive terminal toward the head), and remove the insulating film before first use or charging. The IPX8 rating supports submersion up to 2 meters but is not designed for diving; avoid prolonged submersion beyond this limit. Handle with care during Turbo mode to avoid burns due to heat buildup, and do not shine the light directly into eyes due to its intensity. Store in a dry place to maintain reliability, and use a 5V charger (not included) for optimal charging. Unscrew the tailcap half a turn during storage to prevent self-discharge.
