HOW TO GET ACCURATE READINGS

With cuff position control and patented resting indicator features, you are assured of reliable readings. However, it is important to note the following.

Measure twice daily at the same time. Rest 5 min beforehand.

Allow 5 minutes between repeated measurements

Use the same arm (with the higher BP). Cuff 2-3 cm above elbow. Ensure clothing does not restrict blood flow.

Sit upright, back supported, feet flat, remain still.

NB The cuff must be at heart level during measurement. Do not move or speak.

Avoid measurement within 30 minutes of smoking, eating, exercise, or stress.

Use the device at room temperature.

Not for use with pacemakers, metal implants, or over wounds / areas under vascular treatment, or post-mastectomy/lymph node clearance.

Keep away from strong electromagnetic fields (e.g., mobile phones).

Blood pressure varies naturally - rely on regular measurements rather than a single reading.
