How to Ensure Accurate Readings (Important for Reliability):

• Consistency: Measure twice daily (morning and evening) at the same time. Rest for 5 minutes before measurement. Avoid measuring within 30 minutes of eating, smoking, drinking, or exercising. Allow 5 minutes between repeated measurements.
• Cuff Placement: Use the arm with higher readings. Place the cuff 2-3 cm above the elbow, directly over the artery. Ensure clothing does not restrict blood flow.
• Posture: Sit upright with your back supported. Rest your arm on a stable surface so the cuff is at heart level. Keep still and do not talk during the measurement.
• Conditions: The monitor must be at room temperature. Keep away from strong electromagnetic fields (like mobile phones).

Important Safety and Health Notes:

• This device is clinically tested for accuracy but may be less reliable for users with persistent arrhythmias or certain mental health conditions (e.g., chronic stress/anxiety). Always consult your healthcare provider.
