Description

Stick to Nature Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth is a naturally occurring mineral powder made from the fossilised remains of microscopic aquatic organisms called diatoms.

Unlike synthetic insecticides, DE works through physical action rather than chemical poisoning. Its fine, porous particles are highly absorbent and are traditionally used in dry environments around the home, garden, animals and beehives.

No added fragrances. No solvents. No synthetic pesticides.

HOW TO USE DIATOMACEOUS EARTHCrawling Insects

Traditionally used to help manage ants, fleas, cockroaches and other crawling insects in dry areas where they live, hide and travel. Apply lightly to cracks, crevices, ant trails, entry points and other problem areas. Keep dry for best results.

Chicken Coops, Bedding & Dust Baths

Traditionally used in dry coops, bedding and dust baths to help manage red mites, fleas and lice. Use lightly around roosts, nesting areas and feathers. Avoid eyes, nostrils and excessive airborne dust.

Livestock & Feed

Traditionally used as part of natural parasite-management routines for reducing internal parasite loads. Suggested inclusion rate: Up to 2% of total feed weight, where appropriate. Not intended as a veterinary medicine or replacement for treatment of active infestations.

Garden Use

Traditionally used against aphids, ants and beetles.

Apply lightly around affected plants and across dry soil where pests are active. Reapply after rain or watering.

Snails & Slugs

DE can be used as a dry physical barrier around vulnerable plants.

Its abrasive, absorbent particles can irritate and dehydrate snails and slugs as they crawl across it. Keep the barrier dry for best results.

MIND OUR BEES

As beekeepers, we prefer Diatomaceous Earth over neonicotinoid pesticides. We use it around hive bases to help deter ants during heavy ant infestations.

Important: Do not apply it to flowers or blooming plants. Keep it away from bees and other pollinators.

Natural Absorbent

DE is highly porous and absorbent. It can be used in dry animal areas, workshops, garages and other spaces to absorb small amounts of moisture or oil.

WHY WE CHOOSE IT

Reduce your dependence on synthetic chemicals known for their persistence and environmental impact. Stick to what nature has to offer.

Diatomaceous Earth offers a simple mineral-based option for managing crawling insects in dry areas, without synthetic chemical residues.

WARNING

Avoid inhaling fine dust. Use in well-ventilated areas. Avoid contact with eyes.

Keep away from the eyes and nostrils of animals. Keep out of reach of children.

Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.
