Sofirn SD08 3200 Lumen 385m Throw Rechargeable Diving Flashlight

The Sofirn SD08 3200 Lumen 385m Throw Rechargeable Diving Flashlight with 21700 Battery is a compact, rugged light designed for underwater exploration and outdoor use, ideal for scuba diving, search and rescue, and emergency situations. For example, its 3200-lumen output can illuminate a path up to 385 meters, ensuring reliable visibility in underwater or dark environments. With built-in USB-C charging, a rotary switch interface, and a durable build, it offers practical functionality. Featuring a 1-year warranty, this Sofirn SD08 for Outdoor Use suits divers, adventurers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Powerful Illumination for Outdoor Use

The Sofirn SD08 features a single SST70 LED with a 6500K color temperature, delivering a maximum output of 3200 lumens with a beam throw of 385 meters, powered by an included 21700 Li-ion battery (5000mAh). It offers multiple modes, controlled by a magnetic rotary switch, with the following lumen outputs and runtimes:

High: 3200 lumens for approximately 2 minutes (steps down to 1800 lumens after)
Medium: 800 lumens for approximately 4 hours
Low: 200 lumens for approximately 12 hours
The flashlight charges via a built-in USB-C port, taking about 4-5 hours with a 5V charger, and includes a 360-degree RGB light indicator that remains lit during use to show battery status and aid visibility (color pattern not specified). It has an IP68 waterproof rating, suitable for submersion up to 100 meters, and features a boost driver for stable output, though prolonged use on high may generate heat, requiring careful handling.
Durable and Compact Design

The Sofirn SD08 is constructed from AL6061-T6 aluminum alloy with a hard-anodized finish, offering durability and corrosion resistance for underwater and outdoor conditions like diving or trekking. It measures 124.1mm in length with a head diameter of 37mm, weighing 127g without the battery (approximately 177g with the included 21700 battery), making it suitable for pocket or gear carry. The flashlight features a magnetic rotary switch, a lanyard attachment, and double O-ring seals, though its smooth body may lack grip in wet conditions.

Designed for Outdoor and Diving Use

The Sofirn SD08 3200 Lumen 385m Throw Rechargeable Diving Flashlight with 21700 Battery for Outdoor Use is tailored for divers, adventurers, and outdoor enthusiasts needing a reliable light for underwater exploration, emergencies, or outdoor activities. For example, its 12-hour low mode ensures extended runtime for dives, while the IP68 rating and RGB positioning lights support deep submersion and visibility, though the rotary switch UI requires practice to cycle through modes (rotate counterclockwise to adjust from low to medium to high), and the RGB lights remain on, potentially draining battery if not needed. The robust construction enhances its reliability, but users should avoid direct eye exposure due to its intensity and rinse it with fresh water after use to prevent corrosion. The SD08's affordable price, included 21700 battery, and diving capability make it a practical choice for outdoor scenarios, offering a balance of power and convenience, though users should plan for heat management and charging logistics.

The package includes:

Sofirn SD08 Flashlight
1x 5000mAh 21700 Li-ion Battery
Lanyard
USB-C Cable
2x O-Rings
User Manual
Note: Ensure the flashlight is turned off after use to prevent accidental activation, which could drain the battery; the magnetic rotary switch can be sensitive-rotate fully to the off position. Use the included 21700 battery with proper polarity (positive terminal toward the head), and remove the insulating paper before first use or charging. The IP68 rating supports submersion up to 100 meters, but both ends must be fully screwed in with double O-rings secured; avoid prolonged submersion beyond rated depth. Handle with care during high mode to avoid burns due to heat buildup, and do not shine the light directly into eyes due to its intensity. Store in a dry place to maintain reliability, and use a 5V charger (not included) for optimal charging. Rinse with fresh water after saltwater exposure to prevent corrosion.
