The Synology DiskStation DS1525neo+ is an expandable 5-bay NAS featuring an AMD Ryzen V1500B processor, 4GB DDR4 non-ECC memory, dual 2.5GbE connectivity, dual M.2 NVMe slots and optional 10GbE networking.

Product Description

The Synology DiskStation DS1525neo+ is designed for professional and business environments requiring scalable central storage, backup and collaboration.

Its AMD Ryzen V1500B processor provides four cores and eight threads at 2.2GHz. The system includes 4GB DDR4 non-ECC memory and supports expansion up to 32GB.

Five SATA bays accommodate compatible 3.5-inch SATA HDDs or 2.5-inch SATA SSDs, while two M.2 2280 NVMe slots support compatible SSD caching and M.2 storage pools.

Dual 2.5GbE ports provide fast built-in network connectivity. A dedicated network upgrade slot supports the Synology E10G22-T1-Mini 10GbE network upgrade module for environments that require additional bandwidth.

Up to two Synology DX525 expansion units can be connected, increasing the system to a maximum of 15 drive bays.
