The Synology DiskStation DS725neo+ is a compact 2-bay expandable NAS powered by an AMD Ryzen R1600 processor, with 4GB DDR4 non-ECC memory, 2.5GbE networking, dual M.2 NVMe slots and expansion support for up to seven drive bays.

Product Description

The Synology DiskStation DS725neo+ provides secure and flexible network storage for homes, professionals and small businesses.

Powered by an AMD Ryzen R1600 processor with two cores and four threads, the DS725neo+ includes 4GB DDR4 non-ECC memory and supports up to 32GB of memory.

Two SATA drive bays support compatible 3.5-inch SATA HDDs or 2.5-inch SATA SSDs, while two M.2 2280 NVMe slots provide support for compatible SSD caching and M.2 storage pools.

Network connectivity includes one 2.5GbE RJ-45 port and one 1GbE RJ-45 port.

When additional storage capacity is required, one Synology DX525 expansion unit can be added, increasing the system to a maximum of seven drive bays.

Synology DiskStation Manager provides a comprehensive platform for file storage, sharing, backup, private cloud services and video surveillance.
