The Synology DiskStation DS1825neo+ is an expandable 8-bay NAS powered by an AMD Ryzen V1500B processor, with 4GB DDR4 non-ECC memory, dual 2.5GbE networking, dual M.2 NVMe slots and optional high-speed 10GbE or 25GbE network expansion.

Product Description

The Synology DiskStation DS1825neo+ provides scalable network storage for businesses, professionals and demanding storage environments.

Eight SATA drive bays accommodate compatible 3.5-inch SATA HDDs or 2.5-inch SATA SSDs, while two M.2 2280 NVMe slots provide support for compatible SSD caching and M.2 storage pools.

The AMD Ryzen V1500B processor provides four cores and eight threads at 2.2GHz. The DS1825neo+ includes 4GB DDR4 non-ECC memory and supports expansion up to 32GB.

Dual built-in 2.5GbE ports provide fast network connectivity, while the PCIe Gen3 x8 expansion slot with x4 link supports compatible Synology 10GbE and 25GbE network interface cards.

For larger storage requirements, up to two DX525 expansion units can be connected, increasing the system to a maximum of 18 drive bays.
